Welcome to GA Homeless Pets
Georgia Homeless Pets is a private, non-profit, all volunteer no-kill animal rescue for dogs and cats in need. Our mission is to save, care for and place animals into loving homes, promote population control through sterilization and encourage proper veterinary care, all in an effort to eliminate the euthanasia of animals in Georgia’s public shelters.
I hope to make people realize how totally helpless animals are, how dependent on us, trusting as a child must that we will be kind and take care of their needs… [they] are an obligation put on us, a responsibility we have no right to neglect, nor to violate by cruelty."

Featured Dog of the Month-- |
Scotty is an extremely handsome and sweet boy who had a rough start to life..He loves people of all sizes and does well with other pets. He would make a great companion for anyone. He weighs approximately 60 lbs. and is between 2 - 3 years old.
Our dog of the month also receives $50 towards any type of training from K-9 Coach in Smyrna, GA. Please click on the logo below for more information.
Our cat of the month is Darla

Hi, I'm Darla! I was abandoned but, fortunately, some nice people took me in. As much as I love attention, I am not demanding about getting it. My laid back temperament would make me good with kids. I am as playful as a kitten. I'm great with other kitties and I promise hours of purrs.
